Hi everyone! My name is Lily, I’m 26 and graduated from Evergreen Beauty College in 2022. I’ve gained experience from working at spa’s using Aveda, Ultraceuticals, and other smaller clean brands. I practice facials holistically, using a gentle, progressive approach with aromatherapy + hot towels on the feet to relax both the mind and body. 🌿✨ I also do waxing services & lash lifts! Outside the treatment room, you can usually find me making coffee, matcha, or energy drinks, hanging out with my pets & partner, and exploring new hobbies. Currently trying to learn latte art! Cancellation Policy
I try my best to be flexible with clients. Please message me if you will be late or need to reschedule at 509-900-4630. I don’t answer calls.
Late policy depends on length of service: 5-10 minutes maximum. If you arrive late, I can only use the remaining time to complete services to the best of my ability. Extensions are not guaranteed if there is another scheduled client and service may be incomplete due to your late arrival. You take full responsibility and will still have to pay full price for the shortened service due to your late arrival.
Cancellations of less than 48 hours notice / no-show: 50% of service fee. If fee is not paid, client will be banned until paid. Appointments MUST be booked under the name of the client receiving service for safety and liability purposes. Otherwise, appointment may be cancelled upon arrival, fees may apply as a no-show.
